I’ll admit, I’m a sucker for a new colour palette. A tribute to the unshakeable
The Essential Collection was actually inspired by my best friend. I won’t mention her name, she’d probably kill me and then efficiently bury the body in a very sensible, well-drained paddock, but she is the blueprint for this entire range.
She is the person who favours functionality over fluff every single time—and she proves it by giving me the exact same look (you know the one) whenever I turn up to the yard with my latest pink leopard print grooming kit bag. A slow shake of the head… a loving eye-roll… and then she carries on, because she’s that kind of saint.
And if she ever has to hack one of my ponies out for me in my full "matchy matchy" boots and saddle pads? Honestly, you can almost hear her inner monologue asking how we got here.
While I’m over here debating which shade of lavender matches a sunset, she’s checking the breaking strain of a clip and making sure her reins won't slip if they get covered in slobber (which, let’s face it, they will).
She is "essential" to me. She’s the one I call when the wheels fall off, the one who reminds me that a rope halter needs to be as gentle on the skin as it is tough on the trail. She loves neutrals.
